Police Bank Character Creation – Terms and Conditions

By submitting your photo, email address and (if requested) phone number, you agree to the following:

1. Creating Your Character

You consent to Police Bank owning and using your submitted photo to create a digital illustrated character or avatar based on your likeness (“Character”). The Character may be modified, adapted or edited for creative, promotional and marketing purposes.

By submitting a photo, you confirm that:

a) you are authorised to submit the photo and grant the rights set out in these terms;
b) the photo does not infringe the privacy, copyright, intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
c) any person identifiable in the photo has consented to its submission and use in accordance with these terms, unless the participant is a minor and parental/guardian consent has been provided;
d) the photo is not unlawful, offensive, inappropriate or otherwise unsuitable for publication.

Police Bank may, at its discretion, refuse to create, publish or use any Character or submitted photo that it considers unsuitable or inconsistent with these terms.

Only 10 characters per email address and Police Bank reserves the right to stop the character creation at any time.

2. Use of Your Character and Image

You grant Police Bank a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, display and distribute your Character for promotional, marketing and community engagement purposes, including:

• Police Bank social media channels;
• Police Bank website and digital channels;
• Printed and digital marketing materials;
• Internal communications;
• Event displays and presentations, including screens and displays at the Emergency Services Games; and
• Other promotional activities conducted by Police Bank.
• Police Bank will reject unsuitable or non-compliant submissions at the Bank’s discretion.

Where your Character is identified publicly, Police Bank will use your first name only unless otherwise agreed.

3. Participants Under 18 Years of Age

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent on your behalf before a photo is submitted. By submitting a photo of a person under 18, the parent or guardian confirms they:

• Are the parent or legal guardian of the participant;
• Authorise Police Bank to create and use the Character as described above; and
• Consent to the collection and use of the participant’s personal information in accordance with these terms and Police Bank’s Privacy Policy.

4. Participants Aged 18 Years and Over

If you are 18 years of age or older, you confirm that:

• You are the person shown in the photo, or have permission to submit it;
• The information provided is accurate; and
• You have the authority to provide the consents set out in these terms.
• The character is created using Nano Banana and Gemini AI technology

5. Marketing Communications (18+ Only)

If you are 18 years of age or older, you consent to Police Bank using your email address and phone number to send you information about products, services, promotions, offers, events and other marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided or by contacting Police Bank.

6. Privacy

Police Bank collects and handles personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your personal information will be used to administer this activity, create your Character, communicate with you about the activity and, where you are 18 years or older, for marketing purposes as described above. 7. Withdrawal of Consent

You may request that Police Bank cease future use of your Character by contacting Police Bank. However, Police Bank may not be able to remove materials that have already been published, printed or distributed before the request is received.

8. Acceptance

By submitting your photo and details, or by providing parental/guardian consent where required, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

9. Photo

The participant warranties that they have rights to submit the photo and that it does not infringe privacy, copyright, image rights or third-party rights.

The photo submitted to Police Bank to generate the character will be deleted 30 days after submission.

Parent/Guardian Consent (Required for participants under 18 years) ☐ I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and consent to Police Bank creating and using the participant’s Character in accordance with these terms.

Participant Consent (18 years and over) ☐ I am 18 years of age or older and agree to these terms.

Marketing Consent (18 years and over) ☐ I consent to receiving marketing communications from Police Bank by email and phone and understand that I may opt out at any time.

Terms and Conditions for Ticket Giveaway to Emergency Services Games on 23 August 2026

The promotion of the tickets will be via Police Bank social media, email, website

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Police Bank Ltd ABN 95 087 650 799, AFSL/Australian Credit Licence No. 240018 of 25 Pelican Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 (“Promoter”) and Eastern Suburbs District Rugby League Football Club.

2. Promotion Name

3. Promotion Period

The competition opens at 9:00am (AEST) on the 14 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on the Thursday 20 August 2026.

There are 3 double passes to be given away.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who, at the time of entry and draw:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are an active Police Bank member
• Are residents of New South Wales, Australia
• Are not employees of Police Bank Ltd, or their immediate families (except where expressly permitted)

This promotion is open to NSW residents only. The promotion may be advertised or viewed outside NSW; however, only entries from NSW residents will be eligible.

Proof of membership and residency may be required.

5. How to Enter

• Entry Instructions: To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
  • Complete all required fields in the Entry Form, including but not limited to, full name, post code, email address, phone number.
  • Tick the box where indicated to confirm that you have read and agree to the competition Terms and Conditions (including the Promoter’s Privacy Policy) and agree to participate in media relations activities in the event that you are successful in winning a Prize; and
  • Once the Entry Form is fully completed, hit the submit button to submit the Entry Form.
  • Each valid entrant who has entered the competition during the Promotion Period will be entered into the draw.
  • Entry Restrictions: Entry is open to all Australian residents aged eighteen 18 years or older.
  • Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are restricted from entering this promotion.
  • Maximum Number of Entries: Entrants can enter multiple times during the competition period.

6. Prizes

Major Prizes: There are three (3) Major Prizes available to be won during the Promotion Period:

• Three (3) x Double Passes into the Sydney Roosters Captains Club in Round 25

Prize Terms: Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions as imposed by the provider of the prize, including period of validity and expiry, or any redemption time frames.

The prize is not transferrable to any other person and or business and is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include any travel costs associated with attending the match fixture to claim the nominated prize. The prize cannot be transferred to another fixture or rolled over to a further season, the prize must be accepted on the listed date above.

7. Prize Conditions

• Tickets are valid only for the specified match date
• Tickets are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
• Winners are responsible for all ancillary costs associated with attending the match

8. Draw & Winner Selection

Major Prize Draw Details: Random selection by the Sydney Roosters

Location: Sydney Roosters Centre of Excellence, Gate 5, Allianz Stadium, Moore Park Road, Moore Park, NSW, 2021

Notification, Publication, Verification, Delivery

Notification/Publication of Winner: The Winner will be notified via phone on the 21 August 2026.

Verification Requirements: Entrants and winners may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be required to provide proof of identity, age, covid restriction status and residency to verify their entry (Proof of Identity). Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.

If an entrant/winner fails to provide Proof of Identity by the time and date stipulated by the Promoter, their entry/prize claim will be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify identity as per the Verification Requirements. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered

Delivery Date/Prize Claim: All prizes must be claimed by 17:00pm Friday, 21 August 2026. Subject to verification requirements, prizes will be delivered within seven [7] days of the prize being awarded to the winner’s details provided by the entrant at the time of entry.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for an incorrect postal address being provided by the entrant. The Promoter is also not liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way after it has been dispatched.

Unclaimed Prize Draws: The Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw on Saturday, 22 August, 2026 at Sydney Roosters (Allianz Stadium) to award the unclaimed prizes. The Winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified within one [1] business day of the draw.

10. Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Police Bank Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or using a prize.

12. Meta Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

13. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend this promotion in accordance with applicable laws.
