Report your lost or stolen card via the Mobile Banking App
If you’ve lost your card or suspect it’s been stolen, you can quickly report it through the Mobile Banking App. Here’s how:

Log in to the Mobile Banking App: Open the App and log into your account.

Navigate to the ‘Cards’ section: Go to the ‘Cards’ tab from the main menu or bottom right of the screen.

Select ‘Need help with your card?’: Find the card you wish to report and select this option from your list of active cards.

Report as lost or stolen: Tap the appropriate option ‘Card been stolen’ or ‘Lost your card’. Follow the prompts to confirm your request.

Confirmation: Once your card is reported, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We’ll immediately block your card to prevent further transactions and issue you a replacement.
What Happens Next?
Once you’ve flagged your card as lost or stolen, we’ll block your card to prevent further transactions. A new card will be issued, and you’ll receive instructions on how to activate it.
