Rates Announcement – 2 October 2026

We’ve made some changes to selected new business Home Loan interest rates, effective Friday, 2 October 2026.

What’s changing?

Home Loans

Effective from 2 October 2026, interest rates on selected new business Home Loan products will increase as follows:

Police Value Home Loans

  • 3 Year Fixed Rates for Owner Occupied Principal & Interest lending with an LVR^ up to 90% will increase by 0.25% p.a.
  • 3 Year Fixed Rates for Investment Principal & Interest lending with an LVR^ up to 80% will increase by 0.25% p.a.
  • No changes will apply to higher LVR tiers.

First Home Loans

  • 3 Year Fixed Rates will increase by 0.25% p.a.

Goldrate Home Loans

  • 3 Year Fixed Rates for Owner Occupied and Investment lending with an LVR^ up to 80% will increase by 0.25% p.a.
  • No changes will apply to higher LVR tiers.

^LVR stands for loan-to-value ratio. LVR is the amount of your loan compared to the Bank’s valuation of your property offered to secure your loan expressed as a percentage.
