TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Police Bank Ltd ABN 95 087 650 799, AFSL/Australian Credit Licence No. 240018 of 25 Pelican Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Name

Here for Our Own at the Swans – Police Bank

3. Promotion Period

The competition opens at 12:00pm (AEST) two (2) weeks prior to each nominated Sydney Swans home game and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on the Monday immediately preceding that game.

The first eligible game for this promotion is the Sydney Swans home game on 15 May. The promotion will run across seven (7) Sydney Swans home games in total.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who, at the time of entry and draw:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are an active Police Bank member
• Are residents of New South Wales, Australia
• Are not employees of Police Bank Ltd, QBE, or their immediate families (except where expressly permitted)

This promotion is open to NSW residents only. The promotion may be advertised or viewed outside NSW; however, only entries from NSW residents will be eligible.

Proof of membership and residency may be required.

5. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Comment on the official Police Bank competition post on Facebook or Instagram, responding to the prompt in the post.

Conditions of entry:

• Liking, sharing, tagging or following is not required to enter
• One (1) entry per eligible person per game
• Entries must be received before the competition closing time

6. Prizes

For each eligible Sydney Swans home game:

• Four (4) double passes (eight (8) individual tickets) will be awarded to eligible Police Bank members.

Across the promotion, a total of eight (8) double passes per game will be awarded between Police Bank and Border Bank under separate but concurrent promotions.

7. Prize Conditions

• Tickets are valid only for the specified match date
• Tickets are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
• Winners are responsible for all ancillary costs associated with attending the match

8. Draw & Winner Selection

This is a game of chance.
Winners will be selected by random draw conducted at Police Bank Ltd offices on the Thursday prior to each game.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used to enter within one (1) business day of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the timeframe specified by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited and no redraw will occur.

10. Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Police Bank Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or using a prize.

13. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend this promotion in accordance with applicable laws.
