Badge Benefits Holiday Giveaway – Conditions of Entry

1. Information on How to Enter

Information on how to enter and the prize (3-Night Noosa Holiday for Four, as outlined in section 8) form part of these Conditions of Entry.

All Police Bank members who have successfully registered for Badge Benefits are automatically entered into the competition/giveaway and are deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.

2. Promoter

The promoter is Police Bank Ltd ABN 95 087 650 799, Australian Credit Licence 240018, of 25 Pelican Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 (“Promoter”). The Promoter conducts business under the brands Police Bank and Border Bank.

3. Promotion Period

The promotional period runs from 28 May to 28 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Members who successfully register for Badge Benefits outside the promotion period will not be included in the giveaway/competition entry pool.

4. Eligibility

Entry is only open to:

  • individuals who are current members of Police Bank or Border Bank; and
  • aged 18 years or over at the time of entry; and
  • residents of Australia.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

5. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

  • successfully register for Badge Benefits.

Eligible members who complete the above will receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw.

6. Draw and Winner Selection

  • This is a game of chance.
  • The draw will take place on 2 September 2026 at 25 Pelican Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Sydney.
  • The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of all Badge Benefits members successfully registered during the promotion/competition period.

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified using the contact details held by the Promoter within 7 days of the draw.
  • The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.

8. Prize

Prize Description

3-Night Noosa Holiday for Four, including:

  • 3-night stay in a standard 2-bedroom apartment in Noosa
  • Accommodation for up to four (4) guests
  • Bed and breakfast package.

Prize Value

Total prize pool value is AUD $2,469.

9. Prize Conditions

  • Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.
  • Travel must occur outside school holidays and peak periods.
  • The following blackout dates apply:
    • 27 June – 18 July 2026
    • 19 September – 4 October 2026
    • 29 October – 1 November 2026
    • 12 December 2026 – 26 January 2027
    • Additional seasonal blackout periods may apply throughout 2027.
  • Blackout dates are subject to change without notice.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • Any additional costs, including travel to and from Noosa, meals (other than stated), spending money and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

10. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize is not claimed within the timeframe specified by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

11. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity and eligibility).
  • The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
    • provides false information;
    • tampers with the entry process; or
    • fails to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
  • If this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion (subject to any applicable laws).

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize; and
  • the Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or errors affecting participation.

13. Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion.

Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and may be used for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Use of Entrant’s Details

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome).
