Police Bank Payroll Support Portal

Welcome to the Police Bank Employee Payroll Support Portal

As part of a broader payroll review at Police Bank, we’ve identified some issues in the historical application of certain entitlements under the 2019 and 2022 Police Bank Enterprise Agreements, covering the period of 1 July 2019 – 6 July 2025. We’re sorry that this happened and we’re working hard to resolve this

The Payroll Support Portal has been established to provide eligible current and former employees with information about payments owed to them.

If you have received a letter from Police Bank:

  • The letter that you have received will include further instructions on how to update your information with us, including a link to an online form.
  • The online form will request you to upload a copy of your ID, verify your tax file number and bank and superannuation details.
  • The online form will also request that you sign it as evidence of acknowledgment.
  • If you do not want to use the online form, please email payrollsupport@policebank.com.au and a member of the Police Bank team will contact you.

If you have not received a letter from Police Bank and believe that you should have:

  • Letters to impacted employees have been sent in the first instance, to the most recent email address that Police Bank has on record.
  • If this failed, the letter has been sent to the most recent home address that Police Bank has recorded for the impacted employee.
  • If you are a former Police Bank employee who worked during the period of 1 July 2019 to 6 July 2025, and your details have changed since your last day of employment with the company, please update your contact details using the online form below.
