This cashback offer is available to current and new Police Bank members who meet our common‑bond membership eligibility criteria, and refinance an existing home loan during the offer period. Police Bank reserves the right to vary, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. 

Meet eligibility criteria below;

To be eligible for the cashback, you must meet all of the following requirements: 

  • Apply for a Police Bank Police Value Home Loan or Goldrate Home Loan during the offer period. 
  • Meet minimum loan amount of $300,000 and have a loan-to-value ratio (LVR) of 80% or less. 
  • Open and maintain a Police Bank Easy Access S1 transaction account with card access. 
  • Complete loan settlement within 90 days of application. 
  • Direct their salary/wages to be credited to their Police Bank Easy Access transaction account for a minimum of three (3) consecutive salary deposits. 
  • Be a Police Bank member and meet the Common Bond eligibility criteria. 

Eligible Loan Types: 

  • Refinanced home loans from other financial institutions (excluding Border Bank). 
  • Owner-occupied or Investment, Fixed or Variable, Principal & Interest repayment only. 

Cashback amounts 

The cashback amount is based on the total approved loan amount: 

  • $300,000 to $499,999: $2,000 cashback 
  • $500,000 to $749,999: $3,000 cashback 
  • $750,000 or more: $4,000 cashback
