After much positive feedback from the Inaugural Police Legacy Family Fun Day, it is back for another year. The day is designed as an all-inclusive event where legatees who used to attend the children’s camps and have since grown up and established their own families, as well as those legatees who had dropped off the radar in previous years. A picnic provides a casual setting to bring the police family back together and re-establish connections with old friends as well as make new ones.
Last year the event was attended by over 140 people as well as the Commissioner of Police Andrew Scipione and his wife Joy, past and present NSW Police Legacy Directors and many new friends and supporters.
This year Police Bank will be around to provide coffees to everyone attending.
