Update on Intermittent Service Interruptions

Update 12:55pm 04/03/2018: All systems have now been restored including card payments, ATM access and the Police Bank App.

We once again apologise for the inconvenience this caused our Members and thank you for your patience.

10:00 am 04/03/2018: Please note, we are currently experiencing intermittent service interruptions with NPP Payments, Visa Card (Debit & Credit), rediCard payments and the Police Bank app, due to 3rd party unscheduled system maintenance.

We will provide an update as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
