The delay in receiving and processing the Centrelink payment file has been resolved. Again we thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We have been made aware of a delay on receiving the Centrelink payment file today. As such there will be a delay in funds being applied to Members accounts.
We are currently investigating with our third party to resolve this issue and we will provide an update as soon as possible.
