There are 3 Police Bank Director vacancies in this year’s election. Directorship nominations are closed, as of 5.00pm 26th September 2017.
Directors Robert Redfern and Raff Del Vecchio terms expire at this year’s AGM and they are nominating for a further term. Director Geoff Green is retiring after 28 years as a Police Bank Director. A message from Geoff Green:
Dear Members of Police Bank,
It has been my privilege to be a Board Member of the Police Credit Union/Police Bank for the past 28 years. I will not be nominating for re-election in November when my present 3 year term concludes. My time on the Board has seen Police Bank continue to grow from a relatively small credit union to being a highly regarded mutual bank with almost 2 billion dollars in assets. I hope that my contribution in some way assisted in that successful growth which has enabled our Police Bank to remain such an important part of the lives of its members. I am confident that our Police Bank will continue to provide financial services and support to our members and the extended Police family for many years to come.
I would like to thank my fellow Board members, past and present, the Management and Staff and the Members for all their assistance, support and friendship over the years. I am looking forwarding to watching the continued success of Police Bank in their hands.
Candidates must be nominated by five members of the Bank, have been a member continuously for at least 3 years at the date of nomination and meet a number of requirements as prescribed in the Bank’s Constitution and nomination pack. A copy of the Constitution is available on our website here
Nominations closed 5.00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 26th September 2017.
