Our free Internet Banking service puts you in charge of your banking by giving you the freedom to bank at a time that is best for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you are on your computer, tablet, or mobile, if you have internet access then you have Police Bank access. If you would like to register for Internet Banking please call 131 728.

Police Bank App

We are excited to launch the Police Bank App for iOS and Android smartphones, providing a quick, easy and secure way to bank on the move. Check account balances, make transfers, find your nearest ATM, make contactless PayWave payments (Android KitKat 4.4 or later only) and more!

Find a rediATM

With a Police Bank Redicard or Visa Debit Card, you can access funds in your Easy Access Account at virtually all ATMs in Australia. If you travel overseas, you can use your Police Bank Visa Debit Card to obtain cash from any of the thousands of ATMs or financial institutions that display the Visa symbol.

Finding a rediATM on your App

You can also find your nearest rediATM by using the free Police Bank App. Simply tap on the ‘Information’ / ‘About’ icon on the home screen, and tap on ‘rediATM / Service Centres’, then enter in your postcode or suburb.

Online Statements

Apart from helping our environment, accessing your statements online has many benefits, including: Receiving your statements easier, faster and simpler, and viewing and storing statements online.

To register for estatements you will require your security code which you would have received in a past statement with a invitation to register for estatements. If you do not have this letter, please contact our Assistance Centre on 131 728. Then click on ‘Register for eStatements’ below.

Visa PayWave

All new Police Bank Visa Debit and Police Bank Visa Credit cards are issued with the Visa PayWave ‘contactless’ payment feature. This allows you to pay for purchases under $100 without swiping, signing, or entering a PIN at participating merchants.


You can use your Redicard or Visa Debit Card at any EFTPOS terminal in Australia to purchase goods and services at virtually all retail shops, major stores, petrol stations, etc. Some outlets even let you withdraw extra cash with your purchases.


RediDial is our free Telephone Banking product. It’s a convenient service which allows you to access account information anytime. What’s more, you can do it with total security from the convenience of your home or workplace.
You can access RediDial by calling 131 728

  • Account balance and transactions information on all of your accounts
  • BPAY to conveniently pay your bills
  • Hear a listing of recent transactions
  • Transfer funds between your various savings and loans accounts.
  • Listen to interest earned for the financial year and more!

Bank@POST™ is Australia Post’s personal banking service, the largest banking network in Australia, with facilities at over 3,000 Australia Post  outlets around the nation.

You can make withdrawals up to $1000 per day. Deposit cash and cheques (7 working days clearance on cheques deposited). Cheques made out in joint names will not be accepted for deposit through Bank@Post™.

All you need is a personal account with Police Bank and a Visa Card or Redicard.
